Buy all of your beauty products online without any extra expense. If you have a bulk order (from 2000 usd), we deliver your order free of charge and we’ll deliver the best skin care products, hair care and cosmetics directly to your door at no cost to you!

Since we’re one of the few online stores offering free shipping on bulk orders, we ask that you review the full details below prior to your purchase. Check our FAQ page for other common questions or contact us for a quick chat about your order.

Shipping Methods

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment, not including Alaska and Hawaii. The estimated delivery dates shown during checkout reflect the average shipping time from our warehouses to your zip code. Please note these dates are estimated by the shipper and are not guaranteed.

Need it faster? Get your order to the front of the line by selecting one of the faster shipments, expedited shipping methods and your order will be given top priority VIP treatment! We’ll pick your items, pack your order and ship it out faster!

Your package will be shipped via UPS or USPS. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your package. You can also track your package by logging into your account and viewing your order history details. Signature may be required upon delivery or not (should be specify upon order).

During busy times, such as holidays or site-wide sales, it may take up to two or three days to process an order, but expedited, paid shipping orders always jump the line! Not only will your order be sent via a priority service, it will also be processed before those with standard shipping.

If weather-related issues cause a delay in your package delivery, Uzoumedic cannot refund your shipping charges.

Uzoumedic – Standard Shipping – $40
Once shipped, your package will be sent via the expedited method and arrive within 5-7 business days. The package will normally arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery.

Uzoumedic – Express Shipping = $60
Once shipped, Courier Ground packages will be received in 2-3 business days.

Uzoumedic – 2 Day Shipping – $80
This option guarantees your shipment in 1-2 business days. Your package will arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery.

All orders must be shipped to your delivery address. Orders will be shipped the same day if received the payment before 2:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. If received after 2:00 p.m. CT or if received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day and received by 7 p.m. on the business day after that.

Combined Shipments


If two or more orders are submitted within one day that will be shipped to a single address, Uzoumedic will combine the orders into one shipment. Combined shipments allow Uzoumedic to help the environment by reducing the amount of packaging products and carbon fuels to deliver the products. When the package is delivered, please look carefully through the environmentally friendly packing materials, verifying you have received the products for all orders.

Undelivered, Missing and Damaged Packages
Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages
Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment’s estimated delivery date.

When reported damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages
If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you can start a request for a refund or for a new shipment. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

Change of Address after Shipment
Due to our highly automated system, orders placed at Uzoumedic.com are started within minutes of placement, making changes very difficult to implement. For this reason, address changes after an order has been placed are not available at Uzoumedic.com , except in very special circumstances. Due to new rules with our carriers, we are rarely able to make it happen. We apologize for this inconvenience.

If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that there is a $25 fee to re-route the order if this is an option. This option is only available for UPS orders (excluding UPS Surepost) and they are rarely able to offer this option. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package and is not guaranteed.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to Uzoumedic as undeliverable and a $25 return to sender fee ($45 fee for international orders) will be assessed. Many misaddressed packages are lost in transit, in which case there will be no refund. When there is a fee assessed, it is because Uzoumedic is charged a fee by the shipping service (UPS, USPS, DHL or other) when packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Any shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable, as Uzoumedic does cover some of the cost involved in outbound shipping. To avoid this charge, please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
